Welcome to Lypossage/Massage & Bodywork

Letty’s bodywork focuses on caring for the entire being by correcting and preventing underlying causes of chronic stress, stiffness and pain, with emphasis on musculoskeletal trauma and neurological disorders, and on empowering with strategies to tap into the body's innate healing ability.

Letty adapts specialized techniques from: Neuro-Structural Bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy, Lypossage, Shiatsu and Massage Therapy. Such techniques release patterns of stress and impaired function in the body.

Letty’s goal is to bring the body back into balance and facilitate a space for one to discover the truth about their being: that health comes from within, through prevention, integration and well-being. She is currently working with a new program for massage therapy in Spanish.

 Letty has her office at the Holistic Healing Center in Ventura California, where she provides Lypossage and a variety of massage modalities
